Elizabeth wanted Elm to capture the peace and wellness you feel in nature, which holds a special place in her lifestyle. We created a brand with soft, natural colours and introduced an illustration of an elm seedling to symbolise healthy growth from strong roots. Elm Performance Psychology takes a holistic, client-centered approach to create a supportive environment. This helps Elm develop strategies to boost mental health, overall well-being, and performance in school, work, home, and sports.
